Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about coverage, carriers, quotes and claims. Don't see your question? Call our office at (818) 484-8798.

What types of insurance does your agency offer?

We help with personal insurance such as auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, life and health, plus commercial coverage including business owners policies (BOP), general liability, workers' compensation and commercial auto. We can also help you add flood insurance through the National Flood Insurance Program and earthquake coverage through the California Earthquake Authority.

Do you only offer Farmers Insurance?

No. Julia is a Farmers Insurance agent and is also appointed with dozens of other carriers, including Mercury, The Hartford, Travelers, Chubb, Hiscox, AmTrust Financial, Bristol West, Foremost Insurance, AIG and many more. That means we can compare options for you instead of offering a single company's policy.

How do I report a claim?

If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first. You can report a claim directly to your insurance company using the claims number on your policy or ID card, or call our office at (818) 484-8798 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) and we will help you through the process.

What do I need to get a quote?

It helps to have your current policy's declarations page handy. For auto, have each driver's license information and your vehicle details (year, make, model or VIN). For home, renters or condo, have the property address. For business insurance, be ready to describe what your business does. Not sure? Just call us and we will walk you through it.
