Our commitment

We want everyone who visits www.sourfazianagency.com to be able to learn about our services, request a quote and reach our office. That includes people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as the guide for our work. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for us. We keep reviewing and improving the site, and some pages or features may not yet be fully accessible.

What we have done

Recent work on the site includes:

  • a clear heading structure on each page, without skipped heading levels in the main content;
  • underlined links inside the main text of our pages, so links don’t rely on color alone;
  • text labels on form fields, with optional fields marked “(optional)” on our quote and follow-up forms;
  • layouts that work on phones and small screens; and
  • standard links, buttons and form controls that work with a keyboard and with screen readers.

We check pages by hand and with automated tools. Automated tools catch only some issues, so we also welcome your feedback.

Known limitations

These are areas we know about and are working on:

  • Forms. We recently updated how our forms show required fields, errors and confirmation messages, but some parts may still not work well with every browser or assistive technology. If a form is hard to use, please call or email us instead.
  • Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It usually runs without any action from you. If it ever stops you from sending a form, please call or email us.
  • Embedded map. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google, a third party, and we can’t control how accessible it is. Our address is also written out as text on the same page.
  • Other websites. Links to insurance company websites, Covered California and FloodSmart take you to sites we don’t control.
  • Documents. Some policy documents and forms from insurance companies may not be fully accessible. We can help you get the information another way.

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you’d like information in another format, please contact us and we’ll help.

Please tell us the page address (URL), what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to respond within two business days.

Please don’t include Social Security numbers, medical details or payment information in an email about an accessibility problem.

We review the site when we add or change pages, and we fix accessibility problems as we find them. We’ll update this statement as the site changes.
