Dealing with insurance agents is never an easy task, but Julia made the process extremely easy. I gave her a call early in the morning because my previous policy was about to lapse and I needed coverage immediately. Julia offered to quote me over the phone but I was in the area so I decided to stop by her office so we could expedite the process. When I walked in she greeted me and made me feel welcome by asking me some basic questions about myself just to get the conversation going. After going through the application, I let Julia know that although price was extremely important, I had never had an agent that was as friendly as she was. Julia then informed me that she was able to get me a lower rate with Farmers while also providing me with more comprehensive coverage than I had previously. She was then able to get me a larger discount by adding my renters insurance, which turned out to only be a couple extra dollars a month. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. She has put the time in to be knowledgeable about her products. She gives you the risks and multiple options so that you can pick the coverage and price point that works for you rather than being pressured into something you will regret the next day. Overall, it was a great experience and to this day Julia has been nothing but helpful!

I like Farmers insurance but I LOVE the customer service at this Farmers Insurance location. My representative Ana is dedicated, detailed, knowledgeable, helpful and an absolute delight to work with. She made sure I found a plan that worked best for me and covered everything that I needed. I hope that she is recognized for her amazing work! It is hard to find this type of customer service and hers is something that I’ve always appreciated! I would also like to add that Julia was very kind, understanding and sweet. While Ana was out of office, Julia stepped in to assist me and answer some of my questions with ease and certainty.
